We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the fragrance houses or brands referenced on this site. Brand names are used solely to identify the fragrance being decanted.

2. Authenticity All fragrances are sourced from authorized retailers.

3. Age Requirement By purchasing from this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Order Acceptance & Pricing We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Product Use Our products are intended for external, topical fragrance use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

6. Intellectual Property All original content on this site — including product descriptions, branding, and imagery created by Accord Fragrance — is our property. Fragrance names and brand references remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability Accord Fragrance is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other adverse effects resulting from product use. We recommend a patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin.
